Winder：We import the winder from JAIDO Japan. This equipment can ensure the electrode board, separate and tension is invariable during the winding process. It also ensures uniformity and stability in chemical reaction of electrode. This ensures the performance consistency of battery. In addition, the exact correcting system (8 EPC correction, the correcting precision is 0.1mm) can ensure safety of battery. We use reliable ultrasonic jointing machine produced by BRANSON USA to weld electrode board and electrode ear. We use insulative impedance tester to test each winding automatically. This tester judges the tiny short-cut as NG and eliminate it automatically to ensure the reliability of battery.
